Our website is hosted through Cloudflare. When the website's online RFQ form is enabled, the form uses FormSubmit to deliver the details to our business inbox. Business email may be forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing and handled by our email providers, which may include Mailjet for outgoing transactional messages once configured. These services may process information outside your province or outside Canada under their own security and privacy practices.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and transaction records only as long as reasonably required to handle your request, administer business records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the enquiry or transaction.
Your choices
To ask about personal information we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete information where permitted, email bids@sunnysupply.ca. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You may contact us by phone instead of using the online form.
